What shipping method do you use?

We use both  UPS ground shipping and U.S. Postal Service ground shipping, depending on the address: when the ship to address is a P.O. Box, we ship via USPS.  Otherwise, we ship either UPS or USPS. You decide which method you prefer on the Checkout Page.
 
Do you offer Rush Deliveries?

In most cases, our standard delivery time is 5-10 business days upon the order placement. If there is a need for a Rush Delivery, please Contact Us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

How do I order using a check?

To order by paying with check, please fill out the order form and print it out, attach your check, and mail it to The KIP Company, 21391 Hilliard Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44116-3214.  We will contact you via email when the order arrives and the check has cleared to confirm shipping information.
